Reservation Policy

Check-in – Check-out

Check-in time: 12:00 – 14:00
Check-out time: 10:00

If you stay until 18:00 (subject to availability), you will be charged half the price of the overnight stay. If you stay later than 18:00 (subject to availability), you will be charged the full night.

Pets: Pets are allowed upon request
Smoking: Smoking is forbidden in all closed spaces. It is allowed only on the balconies of the rooms and in the surrounding outside of the accommodation.

Cancellations – Changes:

In case you book the accommodation, you will pay a deposit of 30% of the total overnight stay for all nights of stay.

For cancellations of at least (21) twenty-one days prior to arrival there is no charge.

For cancellations or changes up to (7) seven days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price is to be charged.

For cancellations or changes the last (2) two days prior to arrival or for “no show”, the customer has to pay the total amount of the reservation.

If the customer departs earlier than the specified date, he/she has to pay 50% of the total of the rest nights.

Damages

The company reserves the right to change or cancel reservations when the customer has committed inappropriate or unlawful actions-damages.
For every damage caused to the guesthouse due to the tenants or their guests, the accommodation tenants bare the responsible (breakage of glassware, dishes, wash basins, damage of furniture, carpets, clothing, etc.).

The accommodation has no liability in case of damage or loss of any objects brought by visitors, persons accompanying them, visiting them or being in their service, as well as in cases of a damage, destruction or loss through force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.) or under particular circumstances.
